Delicious tortilla chips made at home with corn tortillas are far superior to store-bought chips. These golden, crunchy chips have a fantastic lime and cumin flavor that pairs perfectly with hummus, guacamole, or your favorite salsa.

Place tacos in groups of five or six. To create eight wedges, cut through each stack. Place wedges on rimmed baking pans in a single layer. |
