1 Shredded Cheddar Cheese

My family and I absolutely love these walking taco bags! I first tried this dish at the Festival. The tacos are served in a chip bag.

In a large pan over medium heat, cook and stir the ground beef for 7 to 10 minutes, or until browned and crumbly. Remove extra oil. Stir in taco seasoning and water. After bringing it to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for five minutes while stirring now and then. |

Crush the corn chips gently into the sealed bags. Each bag should have one top and one bottom corner cut off before it is cut open along the side edge. Top smashed chips with equal portions of meat, lettuce, Cheddar, tomato, sour cream, and salsa in each bag. To consume, place it in the bag and use a fork. |
