Directions
Every small get-together becomes a hit when my mom prepares her 7-layer dip! It consists of layers of guacamole, taco-seasoned sour cream, cheese, and vegetables on top of refried beans, perfect for dipping tortilla chips. Usually, the dip takes longer to prepare than it does to disappear inside hungry tummies.

Refried beans can be spread out on a large serving plate or in a 9 by 13-inch dish. Spread guacamole over top; cover with sour cream mixture. Add black olives, green onions, a combination of cheeses reminiscent of Mexico, and tomatoes on top. |
