Set the oven's temperature to 375°F, or 190°C. |

In a large saucepan, combine the olive oil, water, milk, and salt; place over high heat. After bringing to a boil, turn off the heat right away. |

Add the garlic and tapioca flour, and mix until smooth. Give it ten to fifteen minutes to rest. |

The dough will be lumpy, like cottage cheese, and will be mixed once you stir the cheese and eggs into the tapioca mixture. |

Drop dough onto an ungreased baking sheet in the form of 1/4 cup-sized balls. |
