1/4 cup Olive oil

Put the yuca in a pan and add water to cover it. Add salt and stir. Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil, cover, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. After draining, put the yuca on a platter. |

In the meantime, fill a pan with olive oil, onion, garlic, and lemon juice. Cook for approximately five minutes on medium heat. |
