Directions
Translation of the name: Wiener is derived from the term “Wien,” which refers to Vienna, a city in Austria. “Schnitzel” is essentially just crusted beef. Along with French fries, ketchup, and salad, serve the schnitzels.

About the thickness of your finger, cut the veal into steaks. Coat in flour. Beat the eggs with 1 tablespoon oil, salt, and pepper in a shallow plate. Cover the veal with a layer of egg mixture and then bread crumbs. |
