In a plastic bag that can be sealed, combine the chicken strips, marinade, and Cajun spice. For eight hours, overnight, refrigerate. |

Skewers should be measured to fit across the air fryer basket, just overhanging the edge a little. Cut off any extra length. |

For ten minutes, preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Fahrenheit (80 degrees Celsius). |

As the air fryer heats up, thread the chicken strips onto skewers, leaving space between each piece. |

For 1 hour and 15 minutes, air fry. Since most air fryers have a maximum setting of 30 minutes, adjust the cooking duration. During the reset period, reposition the skewers. |
